A new restaurant is going to be opened in my neighborhood. In my opinion, this is a good news. Just by seeing the plan of making the restaurant itself is making me delightful. Who would really oppose the plan of building a restaurant? When you can have all the world in your neighborhood once you do so. Only the people who are born querulous would do that. I'll admit that there is some negative side effects that might follow, but still, the benefits it offers outrun the cost. For me, I would actually support the plan for the time being.

If you think carefully, the cost of all the ingredients and materials needed to cook food at home might actually outrun the cost for paying at the restaurant. I believe people will somehow fathom to how nice it is to have a restaurant nearby.
